The Erb Residence is our most recently addition and remodel projects! The homeowners had a decent amount of space but felt like they were always living on top of each other. Tripp Design Group was able to find space for a hallway to lead to the new master suite addition with limited space next to an exterior window. We were also able to open up the kitchen to “speak” more to the living space although they were at an angle to each other, by taking out a load-bearing wall, creating a peninsula seating area and removing the existing laundry hall.
